    In our Strawberry Banana Smoothies we selected Strawberries, which have one of the highest antioxidant levels amongst fruits, and paired them with Bananas, which have a substantial natural carbohydrate content, to give you a quick energy boost. The result is a classically delicious flavor and perfect pre- or post-workout snack to boost and replenish the body.
