    Training grounds: CrossFit 100

    Sport/fitness hobbies: CrossFit, Running, Yoga

    Training routine: 5-6 days a week (2-3 strength, 2-3 metcon, 1 long run)

    Nutrition regimine: Strict paleo, very clean.

    "FIRE": My clients.

    Three favorite exercises/movements: Thrusters, kettlebell swings, deadlifts. I feel I get the most out of these movements.

    Best piece of advice ever given: Always have fun.
