"Today I am going to do what you won't, so tomorrow I can do what you can't." 


I workout for 3 days, rest for 1, workout for 2 days, and rest for 1. My workout days usually consist of 2 to 3 workouts spread out over the day. My rest days are full of complete rest. 


NUTRITION: Six days out of the week I eat meats, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. I allow myself one cheat meal to go off the wagon.
