TRAINING

I listen to my body. Generally, 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. Running a gym I get workouts in when I can. I like to train with anyone and anyone wants to come hang out.

NUTRITION

I usually go by 80/20. I honestly think that everyone is different and need different foods. I base my food off lean meats, fruits, and veggies but dont shy away from rice or oats. Before my training sessions I take 1 Fuel For Fire and usually the first thing I eat when I get home is dark chocolate almond bark.
