Where do you live?
What is your occupation?
Owner and Creator of Eat the Gains, a food and fitness blog + meal prep delivery service, CrossFit coach, and nutrition coach.
What is your sport or fitness regime?
CrossFit and running! I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 6 years and like to run as well.
What is your favorite FFF flavor?
Sweet Potato Apple!
What is your biggest goal for 2018?
I am training for a marathon and would like to qualify for Boston again. Also, I’m getting married!
What motivates you daily to keep pushing towards your goals?
I love challenging myself and seeing myself improve day after day, week after week, month after month. It’s amazing to know you couldn’t do something previously and now you can. I also just want to live a long and healthy life!
What is your spirit animal? Why?
I honestly have no idea, but just googled a spirit animal quiz and got a deer?! I wouldn’t say it’s 100% accurate, but I am very determined and like to think I tackle difficult tasks with grace (for the most part ha). It is the symbol of gentleness and heart energy.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why? Who would you bring?
Oh man, so many places! I’ve been saying that I want to go to Thailand for years so hopefully it will happen next year when we plan our honeymoon! It just looks so amazing with all the culture, nightlife, beaches, and food - food probably being my #1 reason why I want to go. I would bring my soon to be husband!
If we looked in your gym/training bag, what would we find? Any unusual must-haves?
I keep it pretty simple - a towel, extra pair of socks, jump rope, hand grips, and snacks! Always have a few bars and some FFF incase of an emergency.
Why do you love being a FFF athlete ambassador?
My life is sometimes busy and all over the place, but real food is what keeps me grounded. I love how easy FFF is to have with you at all times and with being a very active person, I know the importance of getting in carbs and protein. And they freakin taste delicious! I love spreading the word of things I love and I know others will enjoy as well!
